The materials fan pages share on their accounts come at a cost to a photographer who often spend 12-18 hours on the streets getting these pictures and videos, in turn it can damage sales to clients for photographers thus meaning they lose out of their pay-check as a result.

Copyright infringement in our case is when a photographer who captured the content has it used without permission. The person(s) within the content has no copyright right claim over the content, unless we provide it. If our content is stolen, we are taking it down.

As you have taken the video from our photographers page and re-uploaded it, you are required to either remove the post, or pay for a license to have the video stay on your page.
