At the Safran Supplier Conference India 2026 in Bengaluru, Aerolloy and Safran also signed an 𝗠𝗼𝗨 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆, following successful development and qualification. It was a valuable opportunity to engage with one of the world’s most ambitious space companies and to see first-hand the scale of vision, engineering depth and long-term commitment behind Blue Origin’s programmes. Expanding capability. Integrating for the future. We are pleased to share an important milestone in the continued growth of Trac Precision Solutions. To support Trac’s next phase of expansion, Trac Holdings Limited, a PTC Industries group company, has acquired a new large industrial facility, in Winsford Industrial Estate, UK, to support the continued growth and development of Trac Precision Solutions. This investment is not only about adding space. It is about strengthening Trac’s ability to support customers with greater capacity, broader capability and a more integrated manufacturing offering. Trac already serves demanding aerospace, industrial gas turbine and defence customers with high-precision manufacturing solutions. The new facility will allow us to expand the scale of what we already do well, while also creating the platform to bring additional complementary capabilities into Trac’s own operating system. For our customers, this means a stronger and more complete manufacturing partner - with greater control over critical stages of the value chain, reduced dependence on fragmented external routes, improved coordination, shorter logistics loops and lower execution risk. This is closely aligned with the wider PTC ONE™ vision: building connected capabilities across the PTC Industries group so that materials, manufacturing, machining, special processes and customer delivery work together as one integrated system. The new facility gives Trac the infrastructure to support increased customer demand while also deepening the capability base required for long-term programme support. It represents an important step in Trac’s journey from a precision machining specialist to a more integrated advanced manufacturing partner for global aerospace, industrial gas turbine and defence customers. This visit followed a week of detailed engagement between Airbus and our teams across commodity, quality, project and manufacturing reviews. It was an opportunity to walk through the depth of capability being built at PTC and Aerolloy - from titanium and superalloy melting, ingots and mill products to precision investment casting, heat treatment, special processes, precision 5-axis machining, assembly and inspection. What makes this important is not just the individual capabilities, but how they come together. In global aerospace manufacturing, these stages are often spread across multiple suppliers, locations and countries. At PTC and Aerolloy, we are building an integrated manufacturing system where material, metallurgy, manufacturing, quality, traceability and execution are connected within one chain of responsibility. This is 𝗣𝗧𝗖 𝗢𝗡𝗘™ - 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 in practice. This visit builds on our recently signed agreement with Airbus for titanium castings for the 𝗔𝟯𝟮𝟬𝗻𝗲𝗼, 𝗔𝟯𝟯𝟬𝗻𝗲𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝟯𝟱𝟬 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀, and represents another important step in deepening our cooperation. 𝗔 proud milestone for 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗣𝗧𝗖 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. Aerolloy Technologies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTC Industries Limited, has signed a landmark agreement with Airbus  for the development, qualification, industrialisation and future supply of Titanium castings for the 𝗔𝟯𝟮𝟬𝗻𝗲𝗼, 𝗔𝟯𝟯𝟬𝗻𝗲𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝟯𝟱𝟬 𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀. This is significant not only because of the aircraft programmes involved, but because of the depth of capability it represents. Under this agreement, Aerolloy will manufacture these components through an integrated route - from Titanium material produced by Aerolloy, to precision casting, machining, inspection and delivery in a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. In global aerospace supply chains, these stages are often spread across different suppliers and locations. Bringing them together within one manufacturing environment supports stronger traceability, process control, quality consistency and supply-chain resilience. The letters were handed over by 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗸, 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵, alongside senior dignitaries, in a programme organised by the EPFO Regional Office, Lucknow. The national event was addressed by 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗶 from Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. As we build and scale India’s integrated titanium and superalloy ecosystem, we are equally committed to building the talent base that will sustain it, bringing young people into formal employment, extending social-security coverage, and developing the specialised skills required for aerospace-and defence-grade manufacturing. Effective from 1 August 2025, PM-VBRY is a landmark initiative of the Ministry of Labour & Employment aimed at accelerating employment generation, enhancing employability and expanding formal workforce participation, with particular emphasis on manufacturing. For us, this represents far more than a ceremonial milestone. It reflects a fundamental conviction: India’s strategic autonomy in aerospace and defence will be built not only through advanced furnaces, forging presses and manufacturing technologies, but through the knowledge, skill and commitment of the people who operate them. For us, this recognition is more than a valuation milestone. It reflects PTC’s evolution from a high-quality precision castings business into an integrated advanced materials and components platform, with a clear focus on titanium and superalloys for aerospace, defence and other strategic applications. Through our wholly owned subsidiary, Aerolloy Technologies Limited, we are building capabilities across the critical materials value chain, advanced melting, refining, material processing, castings, forgings and precision-engineered components, brought together within one integrated ecosystem at our Strategic Materials Technology Complex in Lucknow. The platform incorporates technologies such as Plasma Arc Melting, Electron Beam refining and Vacuum Arc Remelting, alongside advanced forging systems. We were honoured to host 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗔. The visit offered a first-hand view of our fully integrated titanium and superalloy ecosystem melting, casting, and forging, all under one roof. From Plasma Arc Melting and Electron Beam Refining to India's largest Intelligent Open Die Forging System, the SMTC represents a level of end-to-end capability few facilities anywhere in the world can match. This is more than a manufacturing facility. It is strategic capability built to reduce India's dependence on imported aerospace and defence-grade materials, and to place the country among a select few nations producing them at scale. We are deeply grateful for the visit and for the confidence the Ministry of Defence continues to place in PTC Industries and Aerolloy Technologies as partners in India's journey towards self-reliance. Many women spend years managing budgets, supporting families, planning for children’s education, caring for parents, and making countless financial decisions every day. Yet surprisingly, many of them are never formally taught how to build wealth, invest confidently, or plan our own financial future. Last week, as part of our Women’s Network Initiative, we brought together women colleagues from across our organisation for a Financial Awareness Session at our Advanced Manufacturing & Technology Centre in Lucknow. 🌸 The discussions focused on practical aspects of personal finance that affect every working woman: 💰 Understanding our relationship with money and overcoming hesitation around financial conversations 🛡️ Building financial security through emergency funds, insurance, and risk planning 📈 Investing with confidence through disciplined long-term wealth creation 🔑 Making informed financial decisions across different life stages and responsibilities What was particularly encouraging was the level of participation in the room. The questions were thoughtful, the conversations were candid, and there was a genuine eagerness to learn and take greater ownership of personal financial decisions. At PTC and Aerolloy, creating opportunities for women goes beyond careers and workplaces. It also means helping build the knowledge, confidence, and capabilities that support long-term personal growth and financial independence. This was one conversation. We look forward to many more. ✨

Aerolloy Technologies, a PTC company, participated in 𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗨𝗠 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (14–16 April), the International Titanium Association's flagship gathering for the world's titanium supply chain. James Collins and Stephane Brans represented us on the ground, engaging with OEMs, producers, and industry leaders from across the world, fostering meaningful conversations and exploring the vast potential of titanium across aerospace, defence, and beyond. Powered by state-of-the-art equipment, PTC– Aerolloy operates a fully integrated titanium and superalloy metal plant - from Plasma Arc Melting and Electron Beam Refining to open die forging, rolling, and a complete product spectrum of castings, ingots, billets, rods, bars, sheets, and plates.
