After 15 yrs, I think this will be my last year selling on Amazon. It has now become a DEN OF THIEVES. Buyers purchase an expensive item, receive it, claim it's damaged, return it (but what the buyer returns is usually some broken junk they had laying around their house, while they keep what was in the box they received). Amazon issues a refund to the buyer and the seller can be out thousands of dollars. And Amazon ALWAYS sides with the buyer, rarely the seller. It is also now overrun by Chinese sellers hijacking small mom & pop listings & getting take down orders on the mom & pop listings as I outline in my post below from 2025. And there is literally nothing the small US businesses can do to rectify it. And now the fees they charge almost make it impossible to make a profit. One absurd fee they rolled out is a "Low inventory fee". If you run out of stock of an item because it sells fast, you get charged a fee FOR BEING OUT OF STOCK. Heaven forbid your supplier is out of stock, or you just don't have any extra inventory of that item, they'll still whack you with a fee each month for not having inventory at their fulfillment center for them to ship out. Coupled with all the other fees they charge, you can easily hit 40% of your sales revenue going straight to Amazon in fees now. That doesn't include YOUR costs, like cost of goods, packaging, etc. After 15 years, to me, it's just really not worth it anymore. It's been a good run but they've made it almost impossible for small third party sellers to make a profit. They prioritized the low cost Chinese knock offs years ago and now seem to prioritize complete thievery all in the name of Bezos' original mission of being the "Earth’s most customer-centric company.ā€ The first and most important principle of Amazon's Leadership Principles is "Customer Obsession". But I'll add one tweak: "Customer Obsession: Even if the customer is a blatant thief" (A recent screenshot of a discussion on their seller forums)
I’ve been selling on Amazon for 14 years. Built a huge business there. It helped fund my exit from corporate America, my re-entry to investment real estate, my lifestyle. But an alarming thing occurred around 2019. I saw A LOT more Chinese sellers popping up. And the crazy thing is, if you took even an hour to scroll through the seller forums Amazon had become rife with Trademark infringements being filed against US sellers. But the caveat was, many of the IP infringement takedowns were coming from a person outside of the US. Amazon would then take the claimants word as gold, destroy the US based sellers account and all of a sudden, a Chinese based seller would pop up on those listings. The US seller could not fight it and Amazon would not listen. A long standing seller, making their living on Amazon, shut down by a single Copyright infringement ā€œclaimā€. Then to watch multiple OBVIOUS Chinese selling accounts pop up in their place…was not only common, but rampant. But the most insane thing was: Amazon didn’t care about the sellers in the US. They took fraudulent trademark claims as gold, destroying many third party US sellers in the process. The tariff impact on these Chinese sellers will be the ā€œChickens coming home to roostā€ for Amazon…and it will be glorious for all of those who suffered as a result of Amazon putting a fraudsters word above a mom and pop third party seller based in the US.

Elon Musk in his new interview on immigration: ā€œWhat I’m saying is simply logically consistent, which is that if there’s a culture that has diametrically opposed views to our culture, and that’s, you could take Islam, it’s not that, of course, there are many people who’ve, you know, Muslims who are quite reasonable. But there are some who are not. And unless you’re filtering for jihadis, you’re going to get jihadis, and they’re going to do jihad and kill people. Now, in Israel, they understand this quite well. Obviously, this lesson has been reinforced with a lot of attacks. And so in Israel, they realize if you let in the people that want to kill Israelis, they will do so. So they’re quite pragmatic about this, and they try to make sure that doesn’t happen. You know, you can’t put yourself in the mind of a serial killer unless you’re a serial killer. Like, unless you enjoy murdering people, you can’t imagine why someone would do such a thing. And if someone is a religious extremist, where they view anyone who is not in their religion as the enemy, it’s difficult for you to understand that mindset because you don’t have that mindset. But you can obviously recognize there are people who do have that mindset, and that if you let them into the country, they will kill people. Let me give you an example. There’s many. We had someone who was working at the Tesla factory in Austin until December of last year. He was fired because he assaulted a woman who stepped on his prayer rug in the factory. Okay, so she wasn’t expecting anyone to be praying in the factory, and he was praying in the factory. She accidentally stepped on his prayer rug and he assaulted her, violently assaulted her. So he was fired for that. And then a few months later, he went and killed three students in the bar in downtown Austin.ā€

Stupid people don’t know they are being forced into a dialectic designed to lead them into certain foreign policy choices. Hence why you’re allowed to say ā€œIslam is not compatible with the West,ā€ yet not allowed to oppose third world mass migration.
Blaming the riots in Paris on Islam creates a false dialectic and is actually cowardly. The issue is low IQ people cannot live, unmonitored, in societies they lack the capacity to build. Everyone is too afraid of saying this and instead push slop.

The normalization of casual sex destroyed our comprehension of what sex is, and what it has to do with healthy relationships. Women have one reproductive strategy: high investment. Men have two strategies: high investment (which is collaborative, and has everything to do with love) and no investment (which is predatory, and is the antithesis of love). That may sound like an exaggeration, but it isn’t. The ā€˜no investment’ strategy of men attempts to stick a woman with a child to raise alone, or with a cuckolded partner. It has a consensual form, and a non-consensual form. Does any of that sound loving to you? I didn’t think so. For men, producing a child with a trivial effort is the ultimate evolutionary bargain. It’s something like winning the lottery. For women, being stuck with a baby and no partner is the inverse, like being maimed in car wreck. So men are predisposed to be on the lookout for fertile women who are gullible enough to go to bed with them without locking down a commitment. And women are predisposed to avoid such encounters at all costs. Or at least they were before birth control + abortion changed the stakes and the culture. Women, who have always been the gatekeepers of sex, have been lured into embracing men at their worst. And they’ve started behaving and thinking like them too. There is actually a lot of truth in the idea that ā€œrape cultureā€ has been normalized. Casual sex is not rape by any stretch, but it comes from the same predatory branch of the tree. And before you jump down my throat for saying that, notice just how commonplace ā€œconsensual con-consentā€ has become. That IS normalized rape culture. It comes from the idea that sex is a kind of play. Just like kids playing with toy tanks and soldiers, it’s harmless because the stakes are low and no one actually gets hurt. But it turns out that’s not true. Casual sex is like playing with fire. Actually, it’s worse. Many who play with fire get away with it. They may even learn how to wield it to great effect. The exact opposite is true with sex. If you play with having sex with people that you don’t love, you are damaging the very architecture you will need to form a healthy romantic partnership. Even worse if they bring the same selfish mindset to the alter and the bedroom. For young people participating in their generation’s culture, sex now IS antagonistic and predatory. Most of them don’t know there is any other kind. It’s just some story, like Santa Clause. Not only has this shift in sexual culture obliterated the tools to forge and tend a healthy marriage, but it has also broken the motivational structure that built civilization. —- Exhibit A bellow. Please don’t jump on her. She is voicing a false sophistication of her era. And although I believe what she has said is wrong, exactly why it is wrong, and to what degree it is wrong, requires careful thought.
A woman’s body isn’t something men are entitled to. If you believe women owe you sex, you’re part of the problem that normalises rape culture. It really is that simple

What are you talking about? We gave California the names, addresses, and DOBs of the noncitizens we've identified. We have their alien files at @USCIS, which contain their immigration status. If California has evidence showing they are in fact citizens, we would love to see it. This shouldn’t be political. We’re enforcing federal laws passed by Congress.
First, they offer no evidence to try to block 20,000 ballots from being counted. Now, the Trump Administration is threatening California election officials with criminal investigations without any legal basis. The Constitution gives states the authority to administer elections — not Donald Trump. California won’t be bullied, and every eligible voter has the right to vote and have their vote counted.
