NEW: Two Met Police officers have been convicted for assaulting 16-year-old Black boy who they were transporting to hospital for a mental health assessment. 😢
Both officers, PC Sevda Gonen, 33, & PC Stuart Price, 35, will be sentenced on 24 January.

Completely inaccurate. Therapy acknowledges how your beliefs and actions might be maintaining difficulties.
And even if others were the issue, YOU still have to do the work in therapy to set and maintain boundaries to better cope and not get stuck in similar cycles/situations.
