A quick update on this project
Since I shared this, it has evolved into a complete Blender add-on and is now 99% finished.
It now includes cel shading, anime outlines, compositing tools, and workflow modifiers for both Eevee and Cycles.
I've also updated the product page with the latest preview and test files.
You can see the material being applied in the video.
Product page has been updated to the new shader.

The best anime cel shader i made so far it is inspired by @_MakotoShinkai style the way of how light interacts espicially with skin etc..... the material is from a tool i'm making that combines all materials i made so far.
