A majority @Meta shareholders supported our #ChildSafety proposal with 59% of the non-insider vote and 925+ million shares worth almost $440 billion. But officially it is 18.5% as #Zuckerberg shares get 10 votes to everyone else’s one. Dual class shares are how they rig the vote

Today I presented proposal #11 at the Meta Annual Shareholder's meeting.
We need regular reporting on what children are experiencing on Meta's products to create space for employees inside of Meta to build experiences that improve the safety of children. Safety matters as much as profit and loss.
Looks like it was a strong vote today - over a majority of non-Zuckerberg controlled votes FOR the resolution. Final tally by Friday.
