The surge in K-12 administrators between 2000-2019, with an 87.6% increase, while the number of teachers and students remained steady.
Why are we hiring so many administrators?! 🤔 Part of the reason is the increase in regulatory compliance.
Prioritizing the hiring of more teachers is essential for maintaining quality education, as they play a direct role in student learning and engagement.
