Hey folks! Today I'm turning 24, and my first horror game EGRESS is now live on itch and GameJolt.
It's been a year making this game and trying to be consistent, but it's finally here. I would appreciate any kind of support, even just a retweet.

Steam Next Fest October 2026
After finishing two game projects that were supposed to be just for learning ( which somehow took me over two years ), I think I'm ready to start making commercial games since I’ve now learned how to actually ship a game twice.
Making a commercial project is definitely challenging since there’s so much extra to learn, like Steam, marketing, trailers, social media... etc. But I feel like I can manage that side of stuff. The only thing making me second-guess myself is that I decided my next game will be a 3D project, and I have absolutely no freaking background in 3D art in general.
I'm switching from 2D because 3D was my original vision from the very beginning. I realize now that I didn't actually need to start with 2D just to learn programming and all sorts of game dev. Tbh, I probably should have started with 3D instead of wasting time on projects that don't support my goal entirely. But it's part of the process, we live to learn.
Sooo... I'm still thinking: should I just dive in and make my next project commercial even tho i need to learn 3D from scratch, or should I make one more small learning project to figure out 3D first, and then go commercial after that? What do you guys think?
I’ve lived long enough to see P.T. ported to PC. This is actually unbelievable.
Before you play: I'd love anyone who comes across this, especially horror fans, to give it a try and be honest if anything sucks, and if anything is good. Thank you for your time <33

My game "EGRESS" will be out tomorrow, and by that i'll officially have completed my second game and shipped it. i feel like i've learned and grown a lot, and i feel proud that i made something from actually nothing... a creation, a piece of art from a blank project, from just small thoughts in my mind into something people can actually experience. it's weird when you think about it, this makes me experience a new feeling that i can't explain for some reason.
Even tho this game is also a learning project for me, same as my first one, they're both what made me who i am now. i do know that i'm nowhere near my goals, i'm still very veryyyy far away from what i want to achieve, but i've walked so far from where i started.
My first game proved to myself that i can ship a project, and my second one gave me trust in myself that i can actually do it... again. even tho it took me more than a year, being on and off, not that consistent, cuz if i fully focused on it i would have complete it in 6 months or less. but at least it's eventually there.
Thank you to anyone who supported my vision, my thoughts, my art, and especially me, even with small stuff you thought wouldn't make a difference. i just want to say that it did, and it means a lot to me. Thanks once again.
My first horror game EGRESS comes out on the 28th, which is also my birthday x) It took me about a year, on and off, but it's done. Made it to understand how horror works... still, there is a lot to learn, so I'd love u guys to tell me what u liked and didn't.

For some reason I thought I was done with my game, and I was happy about it. Then it was time to actually build the project so i can give it a try... and after playing it, I found a ton of problems. It actualy took me 4 hours straight to get at least stuff stable, but its looking good for now.
I'm close to finishing the ending scene, and I thought about doing multiple endings to force replays, but I think I will stick with one. Cuz my gameplay doesn't have enough choices to make a second run feel different, and most players won't replay just to see another ending.
