My mother was very liberal, I was somewhat indoctrinated by her as a young person but the lady that babysat me after school for years was Catholic lol then as adult I end up on the Catholic side of X for some reason, but I'm definitely not Catholic but I'm not a liberal either.

When the state requires occupational education... For me it's just an excuse to learn all about sheep, (for my own selfish interests, JK my children love animals and wool felting crafts)
But maybe I'm occupationally educating myself here 馃槅 I would love to own sheep someday.

Maybe goats though. I don't have the space but I got space in my brain to be ready when I do have space for fiber animals.

As parents we are forming our children's emotional habits that last into adulthood. The toy catalog can be ok for a few minutes until it becomes a negative experience and there's not a lot of time in the day for that.
Children love cool images. Super coloring .com is better.

Reading can be any subject and any subject can be reading. This one was precious.

I don't understand paying to work!
This crazy gym discourse stems from a lack of third spaces in an intergenerational setting phenomenon.

I don't like to pay to do physical labor lol 馃槅
"Everyone is at the gym" kinda subconscious programming here going on. People could care for animals, plants, trees, hike or build furniture or something but no.
"Pay us to work "out"." Just work without any benefit other than 馃挭

The social consequences of the loss of safer dance clubs

Humans used to dance like the birds do to find a mate.
Now they go to the gym and gawk at each other, stalk each other online later and feel anxious.
The other generations just trying to work out are confused.
Do the young single people go out dancing anymore or just go to the gym and gawk at each other awkwardly 馃槅
Then feel like a total stalker finding the person's social media that they are attracted to at the gym.
I feel so sad for them.
This chick is so mad I don't go to the gym. Maybe I look awfully convincing that you don't need the gym and she's worried other women will do the same but truly, where else will they meet men? They will go. Don't worry you'll get paid 馃槅馃し

When you pull or tear something because you don鈥檛 know how to lift correctly, get back to me.
I don't go to the gym. I don't pay anyone to do physical work. If I'm going to do physical work it better be to save money on rent or to make money. I got no extra energy to waste it and pay for to waste my energy.

I haven't worked out at a gym in over ten years.
I could never pay money to do physical work!
Living in a small town is hard. Having to tell people things to save your reputation or they will think we screwed over a small business for more income.
The place had to close shop, but I would rather that happen than my husband work with a schizophrenic meth head that
Thinks he is the leader of a secret society and thinks he's messing with his vehicle and thinks he's poisoning everyone.
And says he's going to shoot whoever has been messing with his vehicle.
I feel a heavy weight lifted off of me that he's not working there anymore.
The Pacific NW may keep us on our toes but it's really easy to find work. This shift in our lives will actually lead to more income not less as it maybe would seem.
The crazy paranoid potentially violent co worker may have done us a huge favor without realizing.
I'm typing on X again because I don't want to be invisible.
We've been through some stuff, meth head coworker at my husband's job went full paranoid about him. He thinks he is messing with his vehicle and said he would shoot anyone messing with his vehicle.
That threat we actually ignored for a while until my husband remembered that he had a dream that the guy shot him in the head at work...
So he called his co worker about it, and it had recently gotten worse, escalated to him thinking that my husband is poisoning everyone!!!
