NFL kickoffs are a breeze when you’ve played in the CFL! Former Riders receiver Dohnte Meyers nearly finds his first touchdown with the Cincinnati Bengals. #CFL #Riders #NFL #Bengals #WhoDey

Facts, well said. Think that everyone sees how big the NFL is and that anyone trying to "compete" with it is lame

Absolutely nailed it. So much of it is cultural bias towards American vs. Canadian.

🗣 I've been saying this for years. The recruiting industry will hype up an OKAY prospect, give him stars, rankings, exposure, and opportunities simply because somebody knows somebody in the right circle. Meanwhile, a REAL BALLER can fly completely under the radar because he doesn’t have those same connections. That’s the part of recruiting nobody wants to talk about. Talent matters. But ACCESS matters too. 🔌 That’s why getting your film in front of the right eyes is so important. #RecruitNEGA #Recruiting101 #RecruitingReality #ExposureMatters

A good read on what I studied at @uaxMACT. Why do Canadians follow American football so much and shun the CFL? The data shows NFL interest online has peaked. But CFL has been flat for years. COVID year without playing was a killer.

"Great article. I don't think a single year goes by where I don't have to defend the CFL from NFL fanboys."

SWEET MOTHER OF MERCY! Someone FINALLY hits the nail on the head. Perfection! CHEF'S KISS! 👏👏👏 Most CFL Fans have encountered the "Elitist NFL Snob" and this article explains it. Not just 🇨🇦 NFL fans, but the ignorant 🇺🇲 ones, too. Just wow. Thank you! 🙏

Ive coached all levels of college football. Yes, overall the D1 guys were the best athletes. But the smartest football IQ player i ever coached was at NAIA. Our D2 RB is now a 10 year NFL vet. The best WR I ever worked with stopped at JC. There are serious dudes at every level
One thing I can, with almost total certainty say: if an adult is bashing NAIA or D2, 9.9 times out of 10 they weren’t even remotely close to being good enough to play at either themselves.
