Call me crazy but I'm genuinely starting to believe that those at the top are trying to use GM proceedings to reduce the cost of wages and pensions. Some of the things that have been used as GM recently to sack officers are ridiculous. Am I the only one who's had this thought?
Climbing the greasy pole and stepping on those below for "evidence" of their management capability. 1 such VERY senior officer has recently been suspended there's a lot more to his suspension than has been released publicly. It absolutely stinks but I suspect he'll probably
6 years in policing coming to an end and handing my warrant card back today. Not how I expected things to turn out, but I'm walking away with my head held high, having given it my best shot. Given the way things are going, I'm actually glad to be walking away. #TJF

This may be the shortest press release/update ever released! Short and to the point but it's taken way to long to happen and should have been immediately! #ThinBlueLine #policing #KrishnaOut
Here's a question for police X.
You're in the pub with the 3 cops that nicked Windsor, Mandelson, and Krishna. Which one is getting bought the most pints? #ThinBlueLine

Frontline cops are generally honest, hard working, & want to make a difference. Recent things I've discovered make me seriously question the integrity of some senior cops...
Ability of senior officers to stay honest when they have so much power that goes unchecked. After reaching Chief Inspector, and in some cases Inspector, they seem to be more politicians than police officers and forget the oath they took. Particularly those that get promoted to...
Krishna? Corrupt? Nooooo! I'd have never seen that coming! 🤣🤣 @PFEW_HQ @leembroad it's almost like everything you've been saying is true!
I recently took a pole. 100% of the people in the tent were not happy about it.
I'll see myself out! 🤣
Whilst I'm sympathetic to victims of crime, what's happened to personal responsibility? Twice in 2 days, I've had jobs to deal with where the victims left wallet & £150 or more in a car, and the car has been broken into or car left unlocked! Seriously! Both 💩 high crime areas.🤦
Someone please put her in a room of cops without any supervisors and let them tell her what actually needs to change! Preferably with ones with a varied amount of service. I can see the logic in some of the proposals, but most of it is utter 💩.
Want to license police officers to practice? Then pay us what its worth to do the job. The starting pay is lower now than it was in 2016. Almost 4 years in and I barely clear 2k net deductions. Tell me how the pay matches the risks? If something better crosses my path, I'm gone.
Can they just please stop? No doubt at a significant personal cost to the officer as well. 🤦
