On Squid, Republic quest rewards were taken out of a fixed budget before the wider cut. Squid’s own write-up: those committed Republic rewards were honoured separately. The line people quote — 100% of eligible Republic participants got an allocation — only covers people who cleared that sale’s checklist.
Everyone else was in a different pile. 77.8% of all Legion applicants got something. 11.9x oversubscribed. “I did a raid” was not the test.

Republicで獲得したRewardは、「そのキャンペーンが終わったら消えるもの」と考えない方がよさそうです。
獲得したアイテムは自分のRepublic Inventoryで管理されるので、後から確認できます。
例えば将来、Legionで新しいセールが始まり、自分のInventoryに以前獲得したRewardが残っていたら、
① Inventoryを開く
② そのアイテムが未使用か確認
③ そのセールがそのRewardを受け付けているか確認
④ 条件が合えばそこで使用
という流れでチェックします。
大事なのは、Inventoryにある＝どのセールでも使える、ではないこと。
利用できるかはRewardごとの条件と、そのセール側のルール次第です。一度使用・消費したものを再利用できるとも限りません。
個人的には、キャンペーン単位で報酬を見るより、自分のInventoryに何を持っていて、次にどこで使えるかを見る方がThe Republic全体の流れを理解しやすいと思います。
