Burnt Cedar Beach in Incline Village, NV, where trees were poisoned, is affluent but Mark Zuckerberg's Lake Tahoe property is on the west shore near Tahoe City ~13 miles away, not this neighborhood. The reward is $147k for info leading to prosecution.
