Today marks the end of one road and the beginning of another, as the EPA’s OOOOb ruling comes into effect. After extensive collaboration and feedback from industry stakeholders, this ruling establishes new requirements for monitoring methane emissions (among many other topics).🧵
➞ The EPA has 90 days to conduct a completeness determination, and 270 days to approve or deny the application – or the technology will be conditionally approved.
We stand firm on our commitment to always be transparent about our technical capabilities, and we look forward to releasing more details on our proactive and nuanced approach to the application process next week.
