I’m deeply grateful to Freddie van Mierlo for recognising my work and journey in Parliament. He also highlighted @DellasLaw after he learnt about it. Safeguarding young people must remain at the heart of this conversation, because every child deserves to feel safe, heard and protected. @Project9010 is so important because it helps shine a light on the reality of child sexual abuse, challenges silence, and supports the education and awareness needed to prevent harm. To have this work acknowledged on the national stage is humbling and a powerful reminder of why we must keep going.

❗️Three years ago, I founded Project 90-10, a charity focused on safeguarding children today and protecting their future. My life experiences helped me recognise the gaps that exist, and my campaigning work has only deepened my concern for young people. Together, those experiences encouraged me to take action and create something that could truly make a difference. Today, I stand alongside a trustee board built on strength, compassion, integrity, and a shared determination to do what is right for children. Aligning with such incredible women has been inspiring, empowering, and deeply motivating. Together, we are strong. Our community around us is strong. We are emerging like butterflies, and we will not stop fighting for what is right. In this video, you will be introduced to each of our board members as they share their “why” and the passion behind their commitment to Project 90-10. If you do nothing else today, please take a coffee break, sit down for a few moments, and listen to this video. project9010.com @Project9010 ❤️

Really looking forward to being on a panel this week with MP Freddie Van Mierlo to discuss Safeguarding in the Community. I feel as though I have come along way with my voice and the work I am doing, and know this discussion will be impactful, but MORE importantly an important step toward keeping children safe/ protected from predators known to them - my focus. Freddie is the only politician to have taken me seriously, thus far. Sad but true. I have great hopes for our discussion, he has publicly endorsed Project 90-10 and the work I am doing, and him being available to speak with me and other panel members in my hometown infront of an audience is really encouraging for this conversation. The 90-10 stat is vital and urgent and must never be forgotten in the fight to ensure our future generation flourish because of safeguarding, and not violated because of ignorance. It really could be your child next - especially given the 90-10 stat (that 90% of children being abused are abused by people they know!) HUGE thanks to the Trustee Board for bringing this event to life, and with great impact for our audience. We are struggling to get someone to confirm they can join our panel from the @ThamesVP. SO. If you are from the Thames Valley Police or know someone from the TVP please get in touch! @TV_PCC And if anyone would like to listen to this discussion then please do get in touch also - we are pretty full, but I believe can squeeze one or two more in. Email first. @Project9010 @fivanmierlo project9010.com #dobettertogether

I won’t ever tire of trying to challenge the conversation around child sexual abuse and the realities many children face 👉🏼 90% of children being sexually abused, are being sexually abused by people they know - yet stranger danger (10%) continues to lead the way. Why? The 90-10 statistic around child sexual abuse is real and ruining lives… 👇🏼 @Project9010

My (baby) charity launched last week, the work we are doing is to protect children from abuse. I am on an incredible journey, and with incredible people in my life. The work involved by so many is quite mind-blowing. I feel truly blessed to be here with my wonderful trustee board, advisory board, Jamela, ambassadors….supporters….the long list of support goes on. I occasionally have to pinch myself to believe this is all happening and that I am here with such forces of beauty and strength around me! So grateful that they are 🫶🏼 this is not a ‘me and them’ thing, it’s an ‘us’ thing. We are all here to provide better protection/ education and safeguarding for children, leaving a future of children, and generations to come, to enjoy their young lives without abuse….. Thank you to everyone who is on this ride with me, we’ve got this 🙏🏼 ❤️ For more information on @Project9010 pls visit our website 🔗 project9010.com

In 2019 I began to circle around the idea of launching a charity to educate/protect/raise awareness for CSA. After a lot of hard work @Project9010 was officially confirmed by Charity Commissions in March 2023. However, if I thought the previous 4 years had been hard-work then I hadn’t thought correctly. The hard work has only just begun. Just finished a 2 hour strategy meeting with the Board of Trustees….every step worth it. Thank you to everyone supporting and championing us, you are very much heard and appreciated… Am off to bed bursting with pride, but feeling poorly 😷 #GoodnightEveryone 🥱🥰

In less than 24 hours @Project9010 received over £600 worth of raffle prizes for the end of year fundraiser… Just wow 😘 thank you 🎉 Donating to a good cause project9010.com

I will be wearing my tee with pride this week ❤️ so proud to be a huge part of this new range and the great work already being done by @Project9010 ⬇️ #notmyshame
