At first I thought the bracket system was a good idea for commander but after having played lots of pickup games since it was released I feel like it just made everyone complain more about what their opponents are playing instead of putting them on the same page power level wise

It also had the unintended effect of telling people they needed to play at a certain speed, most casual edh I’ve played outside of game stores is friends making draft chaff decks that take two+ hours and 10-12 turns to win.
