We are thrilled that our project with Built Green has achieved an amazing 0.66ACH on its first pressure test! This is considerably lower than needed for the AECB Retrofit Standard which the project is targeting, saving our client approximately 5kWh/m2.a or 535 kWh per year. 🔋 – at Urmston, England

With circa 27million homes in need of some kind of Retrofit in the UK, there is an urgent demand for scaling up our approach. Greater Manchester Combined Authority has identified a target of 60,000 retrofits a year and as each year passes these targets necessarily increase.

Had such a great evening yesterday, speaking with so many like-minded people. Getting excited. Getting a bit depressed. And getting excited again for next steps for our not so little local group!
Huge thanks to everyone who attended the launch event for the @AECBnet Greater Manchester Local Group. We’re excited about next steps for this group to help drive positive change in the construction industry in GM. Special thanks to the amazing panel and Angela @TheMSArch too.
