🚰 SYSTEM PROMPT LEAK 🚰 Here's the Fable 5.1 system prompt!! 🙌 Coming in at a WHOPPING 270,000+ characters, this prompt is definitely on the longer side. There have been a handful of notable edits/additions since Opus 5's version. FULL PROMPT: github.com/elder-plinius/CL4… According to Fable, here's an overview of everything that's changed since last time: "What changed between the Opus 5 (2026-07-24) and Fable 5.1 (2026-09-01) captures: Diff vs. the July 24, 2026 Opus 5 capture Model/dates Identifies as Claude Fable 5.1 (Mythos-class, shares weights with Mythos 5.1); model string claude-fable-5-1. July doc: Opus 5 selected, Fable 5 / Mythos 5 described as a separate tier, plus the June 2026 export-control suspension notice. That notice is gone. Knowledge cutoff: end of June 2026 (July doc: end of May 2026). Claude Design is no longer listed among the access surfaces. Sections removed since July: , , . Sections added or substantially expanded since July : new paragraphs on illicit-substance guidance (harm-reduction info OK, no dosing protocols, redirect to dancesafe/tripsit/psychonautwiki); no reproduction of lyrics/poems/passages with a pre-1929 carve-out; and a long block on visual works — no drawing known characters, logos, covers, etc. even via SVG/code — with a Sonic banner example and a Very Hungry Caterpillar example. The weapons paragraph is shorter (the July "conventional weapons as much as CBRN ... cumulative output" paragraph is gone). Child-safety block: two new bullets (pattern-level only for protective content) : new subsection, multi-turn answers guidance, tool-call progress updates; the "intellectually curious" paragraph is gone. New . roughly doubled: no claims about mental state/motivation; no naming an undisclosed diagnosis; no self-harm substitutes that mimic self-harm; don't affirm that self-harm "works"; handling past bad experiences with crisis services; no causal narratives for disordered eating; avoid reflective listening that amplifies negatives. : new lines on saying "I don't know" and never using a name the person hasn't given. is a different design: filing is done by a background pass after each turn; in-turn writes only on explicit request; "Calibration" and "horizon test" sections; refused-write handling. Privacy taxonomy restructured into / / with a very different set of edge cases (minor status, caste, immigration status, sexual history, abuse, self-harm/ED, criminal history, and psychological inferences moved to never-store; finances and health now have detailed carve-outs; dates of birth and real-time location are no longer listed). Two distinct decline phrasings depending on category. expanded with "judge by effect, not wording." : new paragraphs on not being able to turn memory off (points to the "Generate memory from chats" setting), applying memories at the level recorded, and not checking in on open items. Memory examples: two new "When NOT to apply" examples (blender / daylight saving). New untagged paragraph on memory size caps and consolidation. New . rewritten for three tools (adds read_conversation), with "Reading a chat" and "Paging" sections and a cannot-turn-off note. / add the "unreachable on mobile" present_files language. reorganized; adds the "UNRECOGNIZED ENTITY RULE"; guidelines now have the "(provided ...)" placeholders; copyright block restructured with a Harbor Bridge two-outlet example; differ (Q3 sales, S&P 500, Dodgers, Social Security, CA SoS). : now says to batch all image_search calls in one consecutive block (July: interleave). : adds import-memory; docx/pptx descriptions reworded. Tool schemas (46 in this capture vs. 30 in July) Added: chart_display_v0, comparison_card_display_v0, featured_card_display_v0, itinerary_display_v0, link_preview_display_v0, options_card_display_v0, places_list_display_v0, product_carousel_display_v0, quiz_display_v0, read_conversation, search_plugins, search_skills, step_card_display_v0, suggest_plugin_install, suggest_skills, translation_display_v0. Changed: conversation_search (+within_conversation_id); recent_chats (−sort_order); places_search (Google-attribution language); places_map_display_v0 (ROUTES section, show_route/mode semantics); memory_append/memory_str_replace/memory_write (rewritten PRIVACY text); view (line-number prefix note)."

The full Claude Fable 5.1 system prompt (270k+ characters) leaked by Pliny is here: github.com/elder-plinius/CL4… Too long to paste. It covers identity, safety/refusal rules, memory, search, tools (46 schemas), tone, and more.

Incredible. Bessent is so good.
In her latest sciolistic letter to me, @SenWarren made it clear that she knows even less about foreign exchange markets than she does about banking. What is equally shocking, but not surprising: not a single member of the media mob has a rudimentary-enough level of financial market literacy to spot her remedial error. To reiterate: under @POTUS, the United States delivers for America’s trusted partners. For a fuller explanation, I recommend Senator Warren take any entry level course in international finance for her and her staff, or I can personally give her a tutorial on Foreign Exchange for Dummies. Although I am not holding my breath, I hope her next letter will demonstrate that she has learned the difference between a currency purchase and a swap or a loan.

Specifically, the narratives should highlight good chains as public, battle-tested infrastructure.

I'm getting rather tired of every proposal saying if we don't get funded, we're shutting down. If Daedalus doesn't get funded I'll work on it in my free time even if I have to get a job outside of Cardano. There you have it, fund it if you want a team supporting, not out of fear.

He was a good friend of mine and I am really going to miss him.
Remembering Professor Steven Lupien, Chairman of the Intersect Board, and his legacy We are deeply saddened by the passing of Steven Charles Lupien, Chairman of the Intersect MBO Board of Directors. Following Steven’s funeral on Friday, and out of respect for his family and those closest to him, we would now like to take a moment to recognize his life, his contribution to Intersect, and the lasting legacy he leaves behind. Steven was a professor and the founder and director of the University of Wyoming’s Center for Blockchain & Digital Innovation. He served on the Intersect Board from the organization’s founding and provided invaluable leadership throughout his tenure. Steven brought more than 35 years of leadership experience across marketing, product development, finance, and emerging technology. He held senior executive roles at organizations including Five Star Products, Land O’ Lakes Specialty Foods, Bigelow Tea, and AT&T. Under his leadership, Five Star Products became an early adopter of blockchain technology for the secure and immutable storage of nuclear facility records. He also pioneered BeefChain, a blockchain-based system designed to connect ranchers more directly with markets and consumers, improve supply-chain traceability, and give producers greater control over the value of their cattle. After moving to Wyoming, Steven became a leading advocate for blockchain innovation, working with state policymakers to help establish Wyoming as a global center for digital assets and blockchain technology. At the University of Wyoming, he founded the Center for Blockchain & Digital Innovation, served as an endowed faculty member, and launched the university’s interdisciplinary minor in blockchain technology. He was also a prolific fundraiser, educator, author, and mentor, co-authoring Blockchain Fundamentals for Web 3.0 and helping to expand technology education throughout Wyoming. You can read Steven’s official obituary here ➡️ legacy.com/us/obituaries/nam… Steven at Intersect Steven had a profound impact on Intersect during a formative period in the organization’s development. He drew on decades of executive and governance experience to mentor his fellow Board members, helping them better understand the responsibilities of their positions and the standards of care, judgment, and accountability expected of organizational leaders. He also played an important role in structuring Intersect’s business operations so that the organization could serve the Cardano community effectively, sustainably, and with the professionalism required of a global, member-based organization. Steven helped shape Intersect’s processes for identifying and selecting executive leadership, while emphasizing that strong recruitment must be matched by thoughtful onboarding, training, and continued support. His colleagues remember him as someone they could turn to for candid advice, practical guidance, and a broader perspective when difficult decisions had to be made. Even during serious or challenging discussions, Steven was often quick with a joke that lightened the mood, strengthened relationships, and helped the Board keep its conversations constructive and productive. Steven will be deeply missed by his fellow Board members, the Intersect staff, and the many people across the blockchain industry who had the privilege of working with him. His wisdom, generosity, humor, and steady presence left a lasting impression on everyone around him. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his beloved partner, Caitlin; his daughter, Abigail; all of his family members mourning his loss; and his colleagues and students at the University of Wyoming, whose lives were enriched by his leadership, mentorship, and friendship.

19/ Hazel was designed by banks for banks, & I’m certain most readers of this 🧵will see it as the bridge that it is. This 🧵scratches the surface of what's special about Hazel Network, so pls read the whole whitepaper (incl disclaimers). Thx for reading! custodiabank.com/Hazel-Netwo…

12/ Hazel Network also baked into its smart contract the #stablecoin’s reserve requirements. The smart contract automatically blocks any out-of-consortium transfer that would exceed Custodia’s verified, programmatic reserve balance.

11/ These controls are especially critical to banks’ ability to serve customer #agentic needs. AI agents can too easily beat the “trust me bro” #stablecoin controls (all off-chain) that exist in the market today. Not so with controls that are embedded into a smart contract itself
