Interesting that @MagnetUK are marketing “timeless craftsmanship”. Here’s what ours looked like. That’s not dirt it’s damage with unsightly joins that don’t match up and doors that won’t sit straight. Full of problems and safety issues. Would you be happy with this?
I’ve been given the same advice by our lawyer. Responsibility sits with the dealer @johnclarkmotors as well as @volvocars - which we’ve let them know. It’s a clear breach.

Same here. Told 5 months ago about the fire risk and Volvo have done nothing to rectify it.
Suggest you report them to the Motor Ombudsman and Financial Ombudsman, as I've done.
I have reported them to the Motor Ombudsman but hadn’t thought about the financial ombudsman. How can @volvocars@volvoukcars get away with just shrugging their shoulders?! Any other product and you’d be getting a refund or a swap….
