I can't think of a single redeeming value this man currently has. Even if we take his claim to want to advance humanity at face value, every thing he does is antithetical to that goal.
I was hoping for a decisive Harris victory. That ain't happening. In fact, I'm worried she isn't even going to get a narrow victory. She's under performing compared to Biden in too many areas for me to sleep soundly tonight.
For those unaware, it's the masks. There are people who think that having children mask during the pandemic was a crime against humanity. I've seen more than a few call for the execution of anyone who did it.
Has anyone else noticed that a ton of people on here have put "polymath" in their bios and seem to know very little about anything?
I had a dream last night where I was trying to put together proposals for Cambridge Companions to Grice and Plantinga. The former was a labor of love for a philosopher that I think the world of. The latter was an attempt to get a paper I wrote in grad school published.
