Yesterday @SenateBanking, I spoke about the need for smaller investors to have access to free legal representation from legal aid clinics at law schools if the investors fall victim to fraud or scams. My Investor Justice Act would provide this resource for Nevadans who need it.

Smaller investors who lose savings because of poor financial advice need legal help to recover their money. To address this, I introduced the Investor Justice Act, so legal aid clinics at law schools can provide free legal representation to Nevadans who need it.
Looking forward to further supporting this bill that will help clinics, like the one I run at @StJohnsLaw, that provide free representation to investors with small dollar claims.
