HR teams keep adding tools for employees need until employees need a tool just to figure out which tool to use.
More tools ≠ better employee experience.
If employees can’t remember what to use, when to use it, or how to use it, the problem isn’t the employee. It’s the system.
The biggest leverage of AI for PMs isn't writing quick PRDs, it's improving the quality of product decisions.
Use AI to challenge assumptions, explore multiple solution paths, and uncover trade-offs before engineering commits.

The best AI engineers I've worked with?
They're not just great at shipping models.
They:
✅ Ask "should we build this" before "can we build this"
✅ Explain evals and tradeoffs in plain language a GC or a CFO can follow

✅ Ship a scrappy prototype in days instead of a perfect system in months
✅ Flag hallucination risks and edge cases before the demo, not after the incident
✅ Treat prompts, evals and data pipelines as products, not side scripts

And if I'm being honest, when I work with another AI engineer, those things matter more than the model accuracy itself.
Because technical brilliance is great, but judgment and trust are what really make someone worth building with.
