Unfortunately folks, this is FAKE NEWS 🚨
I detail why in the thread 🧵 below —
🚨🚨 RANCHERS FIRST 🚨🚨
Today, @POTUS signed 2 Executive Orders to protect America’s ranchers:
🇺🇸 Advance country-of-origin labeling
🐺 Combat predator threats
🐂 Strengthen competition and accountability
🥩 Expand market access for American meat
Together with @USDA’s 5 previously announced actions, the Trump Administration is rebuilding the American cattle herd, defending family ranchers, and putting American beef FIRST.
KY friends LARRY GLOVER is back! @larrygloverlive is on X & YouTube 9-10AM Monday thru Friday. (Hopefully longer than an hour soon IMO!) Post game show Overtime with Larry and Van tomorrow right after the game! So glad you're back, Larry!
This is why you need to buying from local farmers, local butchers, local farmers markets, local CSAs, etc. Don't like "factory farming" and the things that come with their volume, don't give them your dollars.
The Taylor Farms operation linked to the Cyclospora outbreak went 7 years without an FDA inspection.
The Mexico-based operation was last inspected in 2019, while the FDA inspected fewer than 1,000 foreign food facilities in all of 2025.
There are roughly 47,000 foreign manufacturers sending food into the U.S.
Since 2023, the FDA has reportedly inspected fewer than 5% of them.
Americans have a right to trust that the food reaching our grocery stores has been properly inspected and is safe to eat.
Farm Action believes we should strengthen American food production while ensuring the growing amount of food entering our country is held to the safety standards Americans deserve.

Buy. LOCAL.
JBS just paid $8 million to bury sworn testimony that its own executives agreed to cut how much cattle they'd buy.
A JBS subsidiary employee testified under oath that superiors said the company and its co-defendants had "expressly agreed" to periodically reduce their slaughter volumes, holding down what ranchers got paid for cattle. A Canadian judge cited that testimony directly when he certified the class action to proceed.
Between 2017 and 2026, Canadian striploin jumped from $21.94 to $35.30 a kilogram. Ground beef nearly doubled. The price packers paid for the cattle itself kept dropping. Someone captured that spread. Not the ranchers.
JBS and National Beef just settled for roughly $8 million combined — no admission of guilt. Cargill and Tyson are still fighting the case in court.
Compare that to the $83.5 million JBS already paid to settle nearly identical allegations in the U.S. Eight million dollars isn't a fine. It's a rounding error with a press release attached.

Twenty years of LIES…
A false narrative linking cattle to climate change has led to the decimation of beef farmers and ranchers around the world. Forced culling. Mandatory EID. Measuring emissions.
All lies.
It was never about the environment. It was about greed. Control. Power. Destroying your property rights. And taking ranchers off the land, to consolidate your food supply to a few big players.
Twenty years of LIES.
If you’re not angry, you should be.
And look who has pushed it just as hard here in the United States. Shameful.
Be a rebel. Eat a steak. Get more cows. Stand in the truth. And be free! 🥩🇺🇸🏆

For any of you idiots that believe that farce. Hint look up the loon pushing this lie. Unhinged is a kind adjective for him.
It’s sad that a week before this election people are making false and unsubstantiated allegations about me in an obvious attempt to influence the outcome of this election.
All of the claims of inappropriate conduct are false. I’ve never offered anyone money in exchange for their silence. I report all of my farm income, including cash, to the IRS.
There are no ethics claims filed against me, nor have there ever been any claims filed against me in my 14 years in office. I have consulted legal counsel and we are considering all options.
Solar is an insidious waste of farmland.
When the solar complex is no longer useful, who is going to pay for its cleanup?
The landowners and the local taxpayers. Allow me to explain.
Solar developers are usually required to submit a decommissioning plan alongside their complex construction plan (although, for small projects, this may not be the case). This decommissioning plan is a document explaining how the panels, steel posts, concrete, wiring, batteries (if present), roads, and infrastructure would eventually be removed at the end of the project’s life.
For ORES projects, there are decommissioning financial assurance proposals included with the permit applications. For the 100MW Fort Edward Solar, according to ORES, it "will provide a financial security in the form of a Letter of Credit (LoC) or other financial assurance approved by ORES to the Town for the full amount of the Net Decommissioning and Site Restoration Cost Estimate.”
The "financial assurance" would remain active until the site is decommissioned.
Here's where things get disgustingly nefarious.
For Fort Edward Solar, the amount held for decommissioning follows a formula: decommissioning cost + contingency − salvage value.
The salvage value is the resale of steel, copper, equipment, or "recyclable materials" (breaking down panels costs more than recycling them outright).
Developers use the salvage value to go from setting aside $5 million for decommissioning down to $1 to $2 million. That is not enough to decommission an 1,800-acre solar complex. The companies then file bankruptcy or are nowhere to be found if there is mass panel damage from a hailstorm.
When these agreements are drafted, they can't possibly predict future weak scrap markets, inflation, or future disposal regulations.
The money set aside for decommissioning is not enough. The company has sold the LLC multiple times by then or filed bankruptcy. Who is stuck with the remaining decommissioning bill?
The landowners that sold out in the first place. It's baked right into their contracts (you won't hear this from them - they signed gag orders when they leased their land over). When the landowners still can't cover the decommissioning costs, it falls on the town... which means it falls on YOU, the taxpayer.
Still think this is an "individual choice" to lease over to big solar? This is a community-wide fiscally irresponsible decision that EVERY resident in that town should have the right to VOTE ON!
ORES removed our right to vote on solar and wind industrial complexes. They crushed our home rule into a million pieces. We’re preparing to sue. And will accept federal intervention at any time! @epaleezeldin @SecRollins
Remind me how great he is. Definitely NOT America First but you idiots who hinge your legitimacy on him are gonna back this like your life depends on it. Beyond over you guys. You're not conservatives or constitution fans. And damn sure not America First.

🚨🚨🚨 Universal digital track and trace is here!
The Trump Administration’s FCC is now pushing to mandate tying your phone number to the REAL ID system or another form of ID. This means no more anonymity on the internet, and your incognito mode or private browsing is meaningless.
The government will be able to legally track EVERYTHING you do by simply buying the records from your phone provider, and it will then be legally official.
This is NOT MAGA and is much more like the great reset we just fought Biden to stop. @RealAlexJones @VigilantFox
The FCC wants to require ID verification for every phone activation in America, including prepaid phones.
Those are the phones journalists, abuse survivors, and whistleblowers depend on to stay anonymous. The excuse is robocalls.
The result is a national identity check on one of the last semi-anonymous communication tools we have.

You folks buying Gov Emergency Jacket's Andy Griffith persona need to wake the hell up.
Oh look, Governor Beshear the guy who signs the taxpayer checks just happens to be co-chair and one of only three officers of the nonprofit cashing those millions. SOAR went from $1.2M in 2019 to nearly $3.5M in 2024, plus your fresh $1.5M signature on HB 900 and that sweet $40M Biden drop.
Must be nice being the only politician in Kentucky whose ‘public service’ includes running the private slush fund that gets fatter every year he’s in office.
Other governors might call that a conflict of interest. Beshear calls it economic development.
Same guy, different title still writing checks to himself and his buddies while the rest of us get lectured on ethics.
Truth
Gov Beshear, let’s talk about your signature brand of “kindness.”
The kind where you threatened to ruin that small business owner who dared stay open during your endless COVID lockdowns while every other state reopened.
The kind from decades of insurance scams tied to you and your dad… appointing sexual predators to judgeships… letting ditches and creeks clog so “cosmetic” flooding trashes properties for cheap insider buys… human trafficking linked to that Pikeville building with Tony Baker connections, while everyone involved cashed in massive grants… Tim Robinson dumping hundreds of thousands into your campaigns and inauguration while his Addiction Recovery Care allegedly billed Medicaid millions for phantom rehab services like fake psychoeducation sessions… your father’s law firm defending the opioid pharma giants whose drugs killed hundreds of thousands of Kentuckians.
That same “kindness” gutted our pensions under your and your dad’s watch, Kentucky Retirement Systems languish near the bottom nationally, funded at pathetic levels like 25%, leaving teachers, cops, and firefighters screwed for retirement.
And over your family’s long grip on power, the real masterstroke: doing everything possible to drive Kentucky’s life expectancy into the gutter - one of the lowest in America, fueled by the very opioid floods, health crises, and neglect your circle profited from or ignored.
Then wow the genius-level kindness of pushing abortions and child mutilation/sterilization on your own people… while hobnobbing with Soros and Clinton elites like you’re auditioning for their club instead of serving Kentucky families.
Brilliant moves, Governor. Truly next level leadership for #TeamKentucky. The people see the pattern: your “kindness” looks a lot like betrayal.
THIS is how you make positive change in govt! Don't keep voting for the same thing & complaining. Country & Constitution First! VOTE FOR MICHAEL FARIS FOR SENATE! @faris4senate_ky @DavidB42469

Beshear, Democrats, and school districts are playing us for fools by trying to blame the Kentucky Legislature for why teachers haven't gotten the raises Beshear promised them.
They are using teachers' salaries as a political weapon and have no interest in actually delivering, or they would have already done so.
Beshear was making an empty promise when he claimed he would give every school employee a 7% raise. He is lying when he says only the legislature stands in the way.
The state can't give teachers direct raises—it's unconstitutional.
The State Supreme Court's interpretations of the state constitution require that the funding districts get from the state be equitable. A 7% raise across the board would mean that districts like JCPS and FCPS, which pay teachers more than smaller districts, would get significantly more funds per pupil than other districts, and that is not allowed.
Teachers are not state employees; the state does not determine their pay—the districts do. If teachers want a raise, they should talk to their districts.
The average per-pupil spending in the state, with funding from all sources, was $19,020 for the 2024-2025 school year. The average per-pupil spending in the state was $16,422 for the 2021-2022 school year.
That's a 15.8% increase in spending in three years.
Did teachers get a 15.8% raise?
This isn't a funding problem, this isn't a Legislature problem—this is a not-prioritizing-teachers'-raises problem.
But why would they? If they actually pay teachers 15.8% more, then it's hard to use their calls for a raise to demand more funding into the black pit that is the administrative bloat at schools.
If they actually solve teachers' problems, then they will lose a valuable excuse to fleece the taxpayers.

Americans are being told the price of beef is high because of drought or border closures.
For decades, the U.S. cattle industry has been weakened by market concentration, rising imports, and the loss of transparency at the meat case. When Congress repealed MCOOL, packers were given an even greater ability to substitute imported beef for American-raised beef, leaving producers behind and consumers paying more.
📞Call your members of Congress today 202-224-3121 and tell them MCOOL must be included in the Farm Bill.

People dunking on Massie for not passing bills is hilarious.
You're bragging that YOUR politician passes more laws?
More laws = more taxes.
More laws = less freedom.
More laws = more government in your life.
A Congressman who doesn't pass anything sounds like the only one actually representing me.
But go off. Celebrate your guy's productivity.
