I do not believe #NolanWells drowned. I do not know what happened to him. That is the million dollar questions. I am not operating on emotions just on FACTS. I don’t believe he ‘dry drowned’ either. These are the reasons why:
Dry drowning only occurs in under 2% of drownings. A study in 2004 was done.
Dry drowning has to have a trigger. The trigger being water touching the throat. If no water is in the throat, stomach or lungs then it was not ‘dry drowning’. Extremely rare.

BREAKING: Lindsay Clancy’s defense is asking Judge William Sullivan to investigate “Juror Doe”...the lone holdout whose vote resulted in a mistrial.
The 9/18 motion seeks his confidential questionnaire, background-check results, records concerning an alleged 2021 prosecution and abuse-prevention order, cellphone metadata from deliberation days and a limited forensic examination of the phone allegedly carried into the jury room. The defense also wants Juror Doe questioned under oath about his voir dire answers, his Sept. 3 assurances and whether he used the phone or received outside information during deliberations.
The defense is also asking the court to question Juror No. 10 about what he allegedly observed concerning Juror Doe’s cellphone use during deliberations.
The defense requests that this motion be heard in open court on Sept. 29.
Clancy: Martin Weinberg — the attorney who handled Karen Read’s post-mistrial double-jeopardy fight — just entered a limited appearance to file a DJ dismissal motion. Reddington stays lead. Court still Sep 29; Cruz still undecided on retry.

IMO…so much will be revealed in Karen Read’s civil lawsuits…that the new DA @djunaperkins….will have no choice but open an investigation into the death of BPD Officer John O’Keefe.
