For the second straight day, Joseph Rumfolo (3 wins, 2 places) finished first in our Houston Betting Championship qualifier. Today, there were enough entries for two spots to be awarded, and the other one went to Matthew Blanchet (5W, 0P). They both hit Marvelous Lady.
