Five games into the PBR Teams season and three squads are already adding to their active rosters.

Noah Lee finished a 𝙈𝙊𝙉𝙎𝙏𝙀𝙍 July by riding 5-of-6 bulls and winning three more rodeos.
He now has not only reclaimed the No. 1 spot in the World, but he is already closing on in $300,000 with two months left in the regular season.
The 18-year-old rookie has not only a World Title, but now some earnings records in his sights.

At this point in the ProRodeo season, every weekend matters, especially the ones that don't look like they will.
There wasn't a $500,000 or $1 million payday on the schedule, but three Playoff Series rodeos, the Dodge City Roundup, Mountain Valley Stampede, and Douglas County Fair and Rodeo, offered plenty of opportunity. As the weekend proved, a strong showing at more than one of them can dramatically reshape the World Standings.
Among those who took advantage, the No. 1 bareback rider and No. 1 bull rider in the World.

Every @PBR Teams score from last night in 10 seconds!
Almost 3,000 words, thoroughly covering all 10 teams.
Very proud of this preview, I think it has everything you need to ramp up your PBR Teams knowledge before we start run of each team playing 33 games in the next 13 weeks.
The 2026 PBR Teams season got a brief preview three weeks ago, when every team played two outdoor games on the campus of Colorado State University ahead of the traditional homestand schedule.
Now, the season begins in earnest this weekend in Oklahoma City, the first stop in a stretch of 11 PBR Teams weekends over the next 13 weeks. By the end of the regular season, each team will have played 33 games.
With that in mind, here's everything you need to know about all 10 teams: how they finished in 2025, how much production they return, the new faces to know, what to expect in 2026, and more.

The bull riding back and forth continued last night with Noah Lee's Xtreme Bulls win in Dodge City.
Lee took over No. 1 after winning Calgary, Tristen Hutchings reclaimed it with a 4-for-6 weekend and a win in Salt Lake City, but his lead only lasted a few days.

Jayco Roper was the first winner of the day at the Daddy of 'em All and boy did he do it in style.
The 19th ranked bareback rider in the World is looking for his third NFR and got a big boost in that campaign with a whopping 93 points on Summit's CC Blue.
It was the highest marked ride of his career and second 90 of the 2026 CFD.
"It's a dream come true, I am going to have my name on that bench next year, and you better damn know that I am going to be sitting in it," he said.

It was three-way tie in the Short Round at 92 points apiece between Ryder Wright, Sage Newman, and Brody Cress, who have all been to the last five NFRs.
On a tiebreaker, the title went to Wright, who made rides of 89.5 and 90 points in Cheyenne.
The victory puts an exclamation point on a fantastic weekend for Wright, who also won Spanish Fork and took second in Salt Lake City.
He began the weekend No. 5, but by totaling $40,000+ over the last few days, he will be well within striking distance of his brothers Stetson and Rusty, who are No. 1 and 2.

Cole Pugh absolutely owned the bulldogging at Cheyenne Frontier Days and somehow saved his best for last with a 5.3-second run to win by one-tenth!
The 21-year-old was 5.9 and 5.5 seconds on his two previous runs. He won both his Quarterfinal and Semifinal and accounted for three of the nine total runs that were faster than 6 seconds.
"After my first one (I thought I had a chance to win) and I just give all the glory to God for giving me the opportunity," he said.

Championship Sunday in Cheyenne was as good as winner-take-all rodeo gets with drama, ties, massive scores, and fast runs all over the board during a thrilling day at Frontier Park.
Jayco Roper delivered the ride of his life in Cheyenne, a career-best 93 points aboard Summit Rodeo's CC Blue. Then came the longest wait of the week as Trevor McAllister, the final cowboy out, answered with 91.5, but it wasn't enough.
Britt Bedke turned in the second-fastest tie-down run of the rodeo with a 10.3, just hours after placing fifth in Salt Lake City the night before.
Cheyanne McCartney added another milestone to an incredible season, winning Cheyenne with the fastest breakaway run of the rodeo, a 4.3, becoming the first breakaway roper to win both Calgary and Cheyenne in the same year.
Ryder Wright, Sage Newman, and Brody Cress all posted 92-point rides, but Wright claimed the title on the tiebreaker after an incredible set of rides of 89.5, 90, and 92.
College Champion Cole Pugh announced himself on the ProRodeo stage, improving every round (5.9, 5.5, 5.3) and edging Tristan Martin's 5.4 in the Short Round. He was the only steer wrestler to record three runs in the 5s.
Nicky Northcott and Tyler Tryan won a tiebreaker over Kaleb Driggers and Junior Nogueira after both stopped the clock in 7.6 seconds in the team roping. Tayla Moeykens finally broke through after back-to-back Top 5 finishes, winning despite a stumble on the second barrel, while Luke Mackey capped the week with a 90-point bull ride in a round where every qualified ride was 88 or better.

I kind of feel for Cooper James, every other year, riding four straight bulls for at least 88 points in CFD and the X Bulls would be the biggest story and make you $20,000+ easily.
Regardless, he's hot.

Big scores continued in the bareback riding as Colt Eck matched his highest marked ride of the season to win the round.
Cole Eiguren punched his first Semifinal ticket in tie-down roping with an 11.7-second run and also moved on in the team roping later in the perf as well.
It was a tougher day in the breakaway, where even a 15.90 advanced, but Shalee Oftedahl took full advantage with a winning 6.4.
The saddle bronc riding finally reached the 90-point mark as Wyoming's Brody Wells rode Sankey's Speak Easy for 90 after the previous three round winners had all been 89 or 89.5.
The team roping featured arguably the deepest field yet, with all eight ropers in the Top 4 being NFR qualifiers. Nelson Wyatt and Jonathan Torres edged the field by three-tenths of a second for the win.
After 6.0 and 6.2-second runs stole the show Monday, former Ote Berry Jr. World Champion Cole Pugh topped them both with a 5.9 in the steer wrestling.
McKenna Coronado and Kristin Hanchey became the fourth and fifth barrel racers to break 17.50 this year in Cheyenne, with Coronado winning at 17.46.
And the bull riders continued their momentum by covering nine bulls, giving them 17 qualified rides over the last two performances. John Crimber was 90.5 to win the round.
Cheyenne Frontier Days recap presented by @KimesRanchJeans
This was a great ride on Leighton Berry, Deep Springs bucks off way more guys than most bareback horses.
Only 6-of-13 outs have ended in a qualified ride over the last two years, and Leighton's 90.5 is the highest score.
Gotta bring the fight.
In his Salinas debut, fifth-ranked bareback rider Leighton Berry finished the job in style with 90.5 points on Four Star Rodeo's Deep Springs.
Berry was just 84.5 on his first horse, but thanks to a big score in the Short Round, he cruised to a 3.5-point win over World No. 3 Keenan Hayes in the Average.
Berry has been 90+ on two of his last five outs.

Luke Thrash has quietly snuck up to No. 3 in the bareback riding over the last two weeks.
He won $13,000 for second at the NFR Open last weekend and $17,000 toward the World Standings in Calgary the weekend before that.
Seven of his last 10 rides have been 86 or better.

A $600,000+ weekend in front of 50,000+ fans, what could be better than that!
Recapping the big winners from Salinas thanks to our friends at @KimesRanchJeans
Last year, 12 bronc riders in total made at least 40 rides of 85 points or more.
Kade Bruno, who finished tied for third with 49 last year, was the first clear that mark in 2026. Sixty percent of his rides have been 85+.
He has 42 already, seven more than any other bronc rider.
Six tie-down ropers have at least 10 runs of 8.0 seconds or faster so far this season.
Riley Webb has 23, Kincade Henry has 14, and then Shane Hanchey, Joel Harris, Brushton Minton, and Ty Harris all have 10 on the number.
Webb led the PRCA with 29 in 2025.

Ten-time World Champion Stetson Wright will miss time at a crucial part of the season after announcing on Instagram he had surgery for a torn meniscus and PCL in addition to a separated shoulder.
Wright said the cause was a couple of bad get-offs and his buck-off on Championship Sunday in Calgary.
Wright insisted he will "be back in a flash," but the timeframe of his return is unknown. At this time, he ranks No. 1 in the bronc riding and No. 3 in the bull riding. He is almost assuredly in the NFR in both events already, but every day that passes he can and will lose ground in his Gold Buckle races.
