How come Pritzker can’t get a handle on the state’s food stamp error payment rates?

Illinois food stamp enrollment has fallen to a 13-year low of 1.44 million residents.
However, the state's 14.67% state payment error rate, which is driven overwhelmingly by overpayments, means that taxpayers now face a looming $500 million federal penalty.
The state’s administrative budget for the program has ballooned to over $100 million.

A mother in Queens has been arrested after she allegedly SUFFOCATED HER 5-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER TO DE*TH.
Her name was Fabiana Cabello, she was 5 years old and about to start KINDERGARTEN.
On Wednesday, just before 7 p.m., police say her mother, 32-year-old Francis Cabello, called 911 saying, "I k*lled my daughter."
Upstairs, in a bedroom, they found little 5 year old Fabiana unconscious with a bruise on her temple.
Officers RAN her out of the house and rushed her to Jamaica Hospital.
She didn’t make it.
The medical examiner found scrapes and BROKEN BLOOD VESSELS around her eyes, her heart and her lungs that suggest asphyxia.

We have never called for the death penalty for the small handful of women who will have abortions after it is criminalized.
The Supreme Court has ruled that an automatic death penalty for any homicide charge is itself unconstitutional (see Woodson v. North Carolina, 1976).
We have simply demanded that legislators treat abortion like infanticide. We are mobilizing the Church to pressure legislators to give unborn babies the same protections that infants have.
Kristan isn’t stupid. She was in the movement before I had a 5’oclock shadow. She knows this. She is simply scared and her organization threatened because Christians are realizing she and her friends have ZERO plan to end abortion and her donors are leaving her to support organizations willing to put in the political sweat work to fully protect the smallest children.

I will be watching and live-tweeting the Pritzker-Bailey debate tonight.
Predictions: I hope they cover all these issues, but I'm guessing they'll cover only 3, and the questions will be heavily slanted in Pritzker's favor.
The crime in Chicago question will be asked in a way that highlights decreasing murders and violent crimes, but not in a way that compares Illinois and Chicago to other states and cities.
The property tax issue will be framed so it gets obscured by other cost-of-living issues, and Pritzker will respond by talking about tariffs and the War in Iran.
A question will highlight our improved credit rating but not address that we've raised taxes on our citizens by $170B since 2017 to do it, and we're still the worst in the nation for 13 consecutive years. The longest streak in American history.
Other predictions. Pritzker will blame everything wrong with Illinois on Trump and Rauner.
Pritzker will mention grocery tax "relief", earned income and child tax credits while neglecting to mention he raised grocery taxes on 2/3 of Illinois on August 1st and that he's raised 71 taxes for over $90B in new taxes on working-class people in Illinois.
An abortion question will be asked, but not in relation to Pritzker repealing the partial birth abortion ban, but rather how "radical" Bailey's position is.
There will be a question about the Bears, and the answers will make all the headlines tomorrow. Pritzker will say something about protecting taxpayers, and the bill he eventually supports will offer little to no taxpayer protection for anyone other than the Bears.
There won't be questions about School Choice, Fiscal Transparency, our highest combined state and local tax rates, or how much money Pritzker has contributed to politics.
They'll ask about ICE, Trump, and Federal Government issues that have little or nothing to do with being Governor of Illinois.
Pritzker won't be challenged on virtually any of his falsehoods or omissions, and Bailey will be repeatedly.
Final prediction: Pritzker won't be asked about running for President, even though he was unofficially campaigning for president in South Carolina a little over 24 hours ago.

The Obama Presidential Center is already facing major issues:

-Current employees are revolting and threatening to unionize over pay, benefits and working conditions.
