ProCamera ProRAW captures should be 12-bit, but as indicated in your screenshot from Bridge, the Adobe program lists them as 11-bit for me, too – like the Halide photo you referenced.
In ProCamera, we always use the maximum bit depth setting to capture ProRAW images. We have identified banding issues with lower bit depth settings (10 bit, 8 bit), which is why we do not offer them.
