EuGH, Österreichische Post, Rn. 50: Was aber ist das bloß, ein „immaterieller Schaden im Sinne von Art. 82“ #DSGVO? Die #DSGVO schweigt sich aus, der #EuGH sagt nichts, und das deutsche Recht weiß nur, was „immateriell“ nicht ist (in Geld nicht messbar).🤔🤔🤔
