Turns out the future really does have flying cars. The new Tesla Roadster just proved it.
Driving upside down, flipping in mid-air and jumping over other Teslas. All thanks to some seriously clever engineering and SpaceX cold-gas thrusters.
Three configurations. Performance for the road, Thrust for the track and Rocket for the air.
The Rocket version: 0–60 mph in under 0.59 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 230 mph.
Beyond movies. Beyond imagination. Yet still made by humans right here on Earth.
We've actually watched it fly. Mind-blowing!

🇺🇸 Coffee in one hand, phone in the other, feet up, and the Tesla Cybercab does the driving.
Elon is really trying to turn rush-hour traffic into ME TIME.
Honestly, I could get used to this 😂

The new Tesla Roadster accelerates faster than a fighter jet taking off from an aircraft carrier
The new Tesla Roadster produces more thrust than an F-16 fighter jet at military power
Roadster Thrust augment:
>80 kN (~18,000 lbf)
F-16 with F100-PW-229:
~79.2 kN (~17,800 lbf) without afterburner
Tesla packed enough cold-gas thrust into a car that exceeds the non-afterburning thrust of an F-16 engine
With afterburner, the F-16 exceeds at ~130 kN
But the fact this comparison even exists is insane
Tesla just pushed automotive engineering deep into aerospace territory

Claude writes about 90% of Claude Code's code.
From June to September, merged PRs more than doubled while the share reverted fell by more than 40%.
We wrote about how we changed code review to get there, and how to adopt it:

🚨🇮🇷 Iran threatens the DEATH PENALTY for owning a Starlink dish, and warns it may cut power to the whole country just to stop the next uprising
Tehran’s cyberspace chief called Elon's satellite internet a “tool of war” this week and bragged that Iran has “several systems” for cutting off terminals, which it will share with friendly regimes.
Six months to two years for using one, up to five for distributing them, and death if the charge gets upgraded to espionage.
The deputy technology minister said what he’s really afraid of. Starlink doesn’t need Iran’s network, so it’s “the last nail in the coffin” of state control, and in the next crisis “we will have to cut electricity.”
Remember why.
In January the regime shut off the entire internet and killed more than thousands of protesters.
The videos showing the extent of the brutality, only reached the world because Iranians with smuggled dishes uploaded them while security forces raided apartment buildings hunting for rooftops with @Starlink.
SpaceX went a step further and made the service free for Iran.
Without those terminals and the people risking prison to use them, the world might still be guessing at how many died and how bad it really got.
The dark truth... A government that treats internet access as an act of war is telling you exactly how afraid it is of its own citizens and of the truth getting out.

This is just a glimpse of how AI will look in 2027 or future
OpenAI found a sophisticated recording device hidden inside one of its offices in San Francisco
The device was plugged into the back of a TV in an executive conference room, wrapped in toilet paper
OpenAI used its own AI models to understand the device and figure out where it came from
That is how they identified the employee who had planted it a few days earlier
The FBI arrested him. He is a 35 year old engineer who joined OpenAI in July 2025, now charged with using a device to intercept oral communications
OpenAI says there is no sign he accessed or took any model weights, source code, or customer data
He has been fired, and the FBI investigation is still ongoing
We discovered a sophisticated recording device that was hidden inside one of our offices. We used our models to understand the device and where it had come from, identifying that a specific employee had planted it a few days earlier. We referred the matter to the FBI, and we’re grateful to the agents and prosecutors who moved quickly to make an arrest. The FBI’s investigation is ongoing and we will continue to support their work.
At this time, we have no indications of this individual inappropriately accessing or exfiltrating model weights, source code, or customer data. The employee was terminated.
We take protecting our technology, data, and people seriously, and as a matter of national importance. Our security program is designed to protect against a wide range of threat actors, from insider risks to cybercriminals to nation states, and this case is an example of how AI can help address these sophisticated security threats.
