Received the worst experience from @superbalist , I've been shopping there for years but totally disappointed at level of unprofessionalism they've transcended to, my order placed 2 ago was not delivered and they decided to send a refund i did not approve

@superbalist where in your T&C's does it state that you process refunds without informing the customer? I did not request for a refund, I had waited 2 full weeks for the order and you guys did not bother to communicate on the delay

I’ve sent a compliant to the ombuds office, I’ve been part of retirement funds before and never have eveeer recieved such appalling service. Also while your at it read all the reviews on Hello Peter form the people who are unfortunately mandated by employers to use your fund.
