Lovely to have @PrincessPyhia join me for lunch @TheInnerTemple Hall, followed by a loooong catch-up at the #PegasusBar. The staff at lunch, led by the wonderful Chris Jones, were as warm & generous as ever. Inner Temple remains one of my "happy places" for very good reason ❤️
It was so great to meet up with my Sister @MirandaGrell today at her Barrister’s Inn, Inner Temple. I was her guest of honour and she was such a wonderful host. Thank you for your amazing energy and wisdom. Oh and for inviting a Fellow Barrister from Gray’s Inn to your Inn😝 #law

The funeral of Flight Sergeant #PeterBrown of the #RAF filled me with a great sense of pride💯 I was particularly touched by @onlymikes_ who took time out to speak with our veterans & regiments. Also the beautiful Veteran Lance Coropral #MaurilliaSimpson who sang so beautifully.
I was so honoured to attend the funeral of Flight Sergeant Peter Brown of @RoyalAirForce Today over 400 people attended his funeral at the RAF Central Church, Westminister. Born in Jamaica, Mr Brown enlisted in the RAF Volunteer Reserve in 1943. He died alone aged 96 #PeterBrown
🌹Tina Turner We Love You🌹 Nutbush City Limits is one of my favourite songs💯 This is a song about her rural hometown of Nutbush in Haywood County, Tennessee, and she is the sole composer and writer on it. What a woman. Gone but Never Forgotten ❤️❤️❤️ #riptinaturner #tinaturner
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” This picture is proof of this African Proverb! I am so proud of each of my colleagues in this picture who coordinated & contributed to 2 wonderful events @UKParliament last night #windrush #reparatoryjustice
Unity is Key! Last night in @UKParliament this, was achieved on sensitive issues. Both the #Labour & #Conservatives agreed that the #WindrushGeneration and their descendants required protection! Huge thanks to my sister @mirandagrell who spoke so eloquently and stood for justice.

Back in @UKParliament last night, with @SouthwarkLawCen's Van Ferguson and @WindrushJC Project Coordinator Sharon, to represent WJC at another excellent #justiceforthewindrushgenerations rally. Good cross-party representation from @MarshadeCordova @RichardBurgon & @DuwayneBrooks.
Last Night was very impactful. I was invited to speak at @UKParliament on the rights of the Windrush Generation and the ongoing Legacy of African Chattel Slavery. Such conversations must take place in Parliament. Thank you for the cross-party support. #reparatoryjustice #windrush
