Last rant, so downgraded our seats, original seats worked due to shoulder replacement surgery recently & the big sling I have to wear. Was told my downgraded seat was a window that was perfect but no, it’s an aisle so now have to encroach on the middle seat arm rest.🤬 @Delta

And the @Delta saga continues….couldn’t use the food vouchers they gave us at the airport restaurant….hard to find a meal for $12. Never flying them again!

Why is it that the our flight got canx (maint issues) we only get reimbursed for a hotel the city it’s canx. No avail flight options for two days but they’ll only cover one night. We also have to pay out of our own pocket $125 Lyft ride to another city & into a diff city. @Delta

Why is it when you do the upgrades to your account to qualify for a promotion & then get told the rep misunderstood what actually qualified. There’s nothing they can do? I upgraded phone & service for nothing except a higher bill 🤬🤬🤬 @Verizon you suck!
