Today was all about sharing strategies for introducing new instruction in the classroom, identifying where students are struggling, and determining the best strategies to support them. 🧠➗
We kicked things off with an SEL “What’s Your Emoji?” challenge led by AP @MAWillMadeIt561 🤎 We wrapped up by creating anchor charts to use as instructional tools and student references. ✏️📊
👏🏽 Big shoutout to our 4th Grade Team! Approximately 56% proficient on their first CFA in Number Sense & Operations! 🎉 Keep up the great work, 4th Grade! @PrinGranger @Area4SuptPBCSD

3rd Grade Math PLC at Bethune Elementary! 💡 We’re turning planning into practice through collaborative modeling, strategy sharing, and purposeful discussion around what strong math instruction looks like for our students. 📝 Creating step-by-step anchor charts and intentionally referencing them during instruction to support student thinking and independence. Learning, modeling, and growing—together! 📈🎯 @PrinGranger @MAWillMadeIt561

Back at Bethune Elementary for 4th Grade Math PLC! 🧮📚 We kicked off with a Lego challenge focused on communication and active listening 🧱👂🏽🤝🏽—listening to Partner A’s directions without seeing the build. We left with a tangible takeaway, modeled instructional strategies, and planned with purpose! 🎯✨ Here’s to many more impactful PLCs! 📈
