One of my favorite parts of strategy board gaming is when you’re surveying the map at the end of the game and it’s obvious that despite everyone putting lots of thought and energy into their turns they mostly just played on tiles they could reach without having to get up.

For real. What the hell. It’s almost as though getting a CT scan shouldn’t cost thousands of dollars if they’re able to scan peaches for free…. Go figure. The USA healthcare system is bullshit.

🧵: I discovered this woman, who I call Loab, in April. The AI reproduced her more easily than most celebrities. Her presence is persistent, and she haunts every image she touches. CW: Take a seat. This is a true horror story, and veers sharply macabre.
ALT a portrait photo older white woman with long brown hair holding a misconfigured stuffed animal. she has very severe rosacea below her eyes, in the shape of triangles on her cheeks. she looks slightly 3d rendered. there is a lamp in the background.
ALT a variant of the woman from the first image on what appears to be an album cover with the word "Loab" on it. She appears to be holding flowers, leaves, or feathers of some kind, on a textured, green backdrop.

So many amazing games on GenCon, but this one from @Primordial_Game really grabbed my attention. It's on KS now, so check it out! It's a card game with beautiful art, where you attend grand parties and make sacrifices to attract attention of elder beings. kickstarter.com/projects/pri…
