WN626 DEN-HOU this morning. COS in C-group, nothing but center seats left, so the FA points him to the 2-seat exit row. Arm rest can't go down, seat belt won't buckle by a mile.
Assigned seating can't come soon enough.

So, @SouthwestAir, what is the point of flying enough to be A-list and paying for $50 pp for upgraded boarding to get exit row, just to find a pre-board there and the F/A saving the seat next to him for his C-group girlfriend on a 100% full+stand by flight?
