Let me be REAL for a minute: You cannot work full time, stay in great shape, be an amazing spouse, be a great parent, keep up with every friend, build a business, invest, grow your wealth, travel, read, have hobbies, keep the house together, answer every text, eat perfectly, sleep 8 hours a night and somehow be fully present for ALL OF IT. That’s complete bullshit.
Kill the nice guy inside you and become ruthless. Life is rough on men, and the world will punish softness without boundaries. Stop begging, overexplaining, rescuing, and tolerating disrespect. Keep your heart, but lose the need to be liked.
