It's not often I do a soundbath in Paradise! Thank you to Becki Leonard for inviting me to Paradise Birmingham for lunchtime relaxation sessions. "Great feedback so a big thank you!" "A well-needed healing time." #soundbath #primalsoundUK #soundhealing #Birmaingham
Relaxation and wellness is a serious business here at Paradise. This week Paradise occupiers enjoyed a sound bath, taking time out of their day to release the stresses of daily life and focus on the moment.

🪘🎶Year 3 have had a fantastic day of African Drumming with Sarah ⁦@PrimalSoundUK⁩! We explored many of the elements of music, and explored the context of the drums in African Culture! The day ended with a whole school performance!🪘🎵⁦@OurLadyandAllS1⁩
