God, help me stay the course. I know each day won’t be easy, but push me to show up anyway. Give me the discipline to handle things as You would, so I know I’m handling them correctly. Let Your guidance silence any unwarranted pressure that isn’t of You. Thank You God. Amen🩷

Taking matters into your own hands, trying to prove to people who you are, that’s not the way to deal with enemies. You’re letting the hurt, the bitterness reign. The Scripture says, “Sit at My right hand until I make your enemies a footstool.” Sitting means you’re at peace, you’re trusting God to fight your battles, you know He’s going to make it up to you.

There's no battle God won't help you win, no bridge He won't help you cross, no heartache He won't help you let go of, and no storm He won't carry you through. He is so much bigger than anything you'll face tonight. Leave everything in His hands and embrace the day confidently, knowing He will take care of you.

You were doing the right thing and the wrong thing happened. God wouldn’t have allowed it if it wasn’t going to work for your good somehow. It may have come in as an enemy, but God knows how to turn it into a footstool, into something that propels you further.

If you’re going to live happier, you may have to tune some things out. You can’t take in negativity all the time and stay in faith. The Scripture says, “Think on things that are of a good report, things that are positive, hopeful.” Our thinking has a lot to do with our happiness.

Emotional intelligence has a way of sitting you down and saying, “My child, you've done your part. Now it's time to choose yourself.” 🕯️❤️
It has a way of telling you that you've cried enough, explained enough, waited enough, forgiven enough, and given enough chances to people who probably deserve an Oscar for the roles they've played in your life. 😭😂
Emotional intelligence teaches you to be honest with yourself.
It's okay to admit that you are tired.
It's okay to admit that something is no longer working.
It's okay to admit that you have outgrown certain people, places, situations and even versions of yourself.
Sometimes healing begins the moment you stop lying to yourself about what is hurting you.
Enough now.
Enough overthinking.
Enough hoping for a miracle when the signs have been clear all along.
Enough waiting for a train that left the station while you were busy buying it snacks. 😭😂🚂
Enough pouring from an empty cup and wondering why you are emotionally exhausted.
Enough making yourself uncomfortable just to make everyone else comfortable.
Enough explaining your pain to people who are committed to misunderstanding you.
Enough being so afraid of hurting other people's feelings that you keep breaking your own heart.
sometimes you have to sit with yourself and ask, “Am I genuinely happy, or have I simply become comfortable with being unhappy?”
That question will humble you. Because sometimes you are not staying because you love the situation anymore. You are staying because you are attached to the memories, the promises, the potential and the person you hoped someone would become.
But how long are you going to keep dating potential, raising grown people emotionally and working overtime in situations that don't even pay you in peace? 😭😂
At some point, you must be honest with yourself.
You cannot keep asking for different results while repeatedly accepting the same treatment.
You cannot heal in the same environment that keeps reopening your wounds and then blame yourself for bleeding.
You cannot keep abandoning yourself to prove that you know how to love other people.
And you cannot keep postponing your happiness because you are waiting for someone else to get their life together.
Sometimes, the closure you are looking for is the decision you make to stop going back.
Sometimes, walking away is the answer.
Sometimes, silence is the answer.
Sometimes, accepting that it is what it is becomes the beginning of your freedom.
Not every ending needs a dramatic announcement. Sometimes you simply get tired, open your eyes, collect your dignity and decide, “Hayi bo, angisakwazi. I have suffered enough in this department. Let me clock out!” 😭😂🕯️
And please understand this: choosing yourself does not mean you hate anyone. It means you have finally realised that you are also someone you are responsible for loving.
You deserve to smile without pretending.
You deserve to sleep without replaying conversations in your head.
You deserve relationships where you don't have to beg for the bare minimum.
You deserve to laugh from your stomach, enjoy your own company and wake up without carrying yesterday's emotional baggage into today.
We underestimate the beauty of being genuinely happy.
We underestimate what it means to have a peaceful mind, a relaxed body, a clean space, good people around us and enough emotional strength to say, “This is no longer for me.”
Because when your heart is constantly unsettled, eventually your whole life begins to feel heavy.
As we prepare to enter 2027, please don't carry the same emotional baggage into another year simply because you are afraid of starting over.
Some of us need new goals.
Some of us need new environments.
Some of us need new habits.
Some of us need to stop entertaining certain people.
Some of us need to forgive ourselves for the time we wasted trying to make things work.
And some of us simply need to REST. 😭❤️
You don't have to figure everything

I believe sometimes God gets you ready for what you prayed for by taking you through things you never would’ve chosen. Your comfort gets shaken, your patience gets tested, and your faith has to hold you through seasons when you feel alone. Before that blessing comes, He’s building the person who can handle it. What feels like punishment may be Him preparing you.
Heavenly Father, thank You for waking us after another night of unseen battles. Thank You for the peace You have given us in places where fear expected us to panic.
Father, today we ask You to silence every voice of intimidation. Every threat, accusation, prediction of disaster, or fear that has been magnified inside our minds, bring it under the authority of Your truth. We will not spend today's strength fighting tomorrow's imaginary battles.
It is written, “When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.” (Psalm 56:3).
Father, notice that David did not pretend he was never afraid. Teach us to bring fear to You instead of allowing fear to become our commander.
Father, You did it for Jehoshaphat when a vast army came against Judah. He admitted that they did not know what to do, but declared that their eyes were on You.
Do it again for us today. When we do not know what to do, keep our eyes on You. In Jesus' name. AMEN.

I found prayer in Amos 9:13 this morning again Father God,that a time is coming when blessings will follow me one after another. Let that season begin for me and my children and all that are within me. Father God, surprise us. Let one answered prayer lead into another, one open door lead into another, and one blessing follow another. Bring the good news I have been waiting for and even blessings i never thought to ask for. Let things suddenly fall into place by Your hand, with peace and no sorrow attached.
May our testimony simply be, “God did it!” In the name of Jesus.
Heavenly Father, thank You for life, grace, mercy and for protection throughout the day.
TONIGHT we pray for those rejected from jobs, relationships, scholarships, businesses and opportunities.
"The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone." (Psalm 118:22)
Father, You took David from the forgotten field and Joseph from prison.
Do it again. Teach us that rejection can close a door without defining our worth. Give us wisdom to learn from rejection without worshipping it.
TONIGHT, let our minds rest from replaying the rejection email, the breakup message and the unanswered call. What people overlooked, You still see. Do it again, Father. Through Christ our Lord. AMEN. 🙏

Don’t let the difficulties, who’s not for you and what’s not working out, convince you to shrink back and think you don’t have what it takes. No, you’re anointed for the adversity. You’re anointed to bring down giants.

Guys, I say this in prayer, and the effect is amazing
God, don't let me make decisions
just because of fear, loneliness, anger,
or the desire to control something
that is actually beyond my power.
If something is truly good for me,
strengthen me to keep it.
If something must be let go,
give me a willing heart.
If I have to wait,
teach me to trust in Your time.
Amen.
May it work for you too❤️

Jesus called Lazarus out of the tomb.
Then He turned to the people standing there and said, “Unbind him, and let him go.”
I have always wondered why the miracle ends with an instruction to the mourners.
Jesus alone could give Lazarus life.
But the people around him were told to remove the grave clothes.
Think about that.
The community could not resurrect him.
It could only help take off what death had wrapped around him.
Maybe that is one reason the story does not end at the tomb opening.
A person can be alive and still need help loosening what they had to wear to survive.
The miracle belongs to Christ.
The unbinding is given to the hands of the people nearby.
