Funny how a couple of Chinese companies withdrawing their endorsement is an example of China's ruthlessness but the US bombing Iranian school children and then preventing their National team from staying in the US during the World Cup isn't.

A great host, but I’m not sure everyone knows what an amazing person Ernie Johnson is. Ernie and his wife Cheryl adopted 4 children, including his son Michael who had an incurable disease, Duchenne Muscular dystrophy. They brought Michael home from Romania after being told nobody wanted him. The Johnsons gave Michael the best life, he sadly passed in 2021. Ernie has also fought cancer twice and championed many great causes. Truly the goat.

Smh. We're talking about SB, right?
Same girl that taught herself the Korean writing system, then designed an Igbo version from scratch for the hell of it? The girl that just built & launched a browser game where you build a transport empire online?
You ppl are not serious.
Dear Nigerians, corruption is not just about corrupt politicians filling their pockets with public money. It is the mother who loses her baby because the hospital in her community lacks basic equipment, it is the family mourning a loved one kil!ed by a bad road filled with potholes, the child denied a decent education, and the bright business forced to shut down because there is no electricity. When public money is stolen by corrupt politicians, ordinary Nigerians pay the price with their lives, their dreams, and sadly their future.
Thank you! This campaign is for the youths to own. Nigerian youths must take back their country!

Just imagine if they were this intentional about making your lives better, not telling you to live with your parents and accept traffic as a lifestyle.

Solar has essentially gone mainstream in 2026 Nigeria.. but it wasn't always so.. Just want to give a shout out to one of the OG Solar DIYer. The OG of OGs and one of the people who inspired me to Go offgrid and also share experiences.
His name on Nairaland was GoergeD1. nairaland.com/georged1/posts
He one an inspiration to many of us back then because he was always breaking new grounds back when the storage technology was 19th century lead acid battery.. George and his legendary zenith AGM battery he used for 8 years.
The OG Solar community of back then still runs and is alive on Nairaland. 16 years later

World-leading cardiac surgeon Asif Hasan was surrounded by the children who received the gift of life thanks to his unerring skills at the emotional climax of another memorable Pride of Britain ceremony. 🥹
Now 70 years old, Mr Hasan has just retired after 35 years of service at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle upon Tyne, but just after receiving his Lifetime Achievement Award, he had an extra special surprise: a cast of patients who would not be alive without him. ❤️
