We’re workshopping a new motto for public advertisements. Anyone got any ideas? It can be raunchy, but we might not use it.

We understand everyone’s concern so we spoke with Mitch McConnell this morning. He said we should be buying more Saisons and West Coast Pale Ales, and also to support local craft beer. He added too that we have the best selection in Buffalo for beer. #Buffalo #Plzgetwell

Also, while we’re at it, can breweries stop putting AI slop on cans and calling it can “art”? We’d rather see Crayola marker scribbles in an abstract design slapped onto the label than AI garbage.

Biggest argument against Data centers? Less freshwater to make local craft beer. I rest my case

Additional confession. If you requested a beer from us and we never called you back it’s likely because we actually couldn’t get it, but I’d say 1/3 of the time you just requested a trash beer we didn’t want taking up shelf space and eventually dumping. The truth hurts

We have a confession to make as the statue of limitation has expired on this. We did keep a handful of those cantillon special release bottles for ourselves when we got them in 2018. They were in stock, we just didn’t want to give them to everybody asking.
