It’s fascinating to watch people criticize transformational ideas to improve failing schools. These schools have been doing the same things the same way and getting dismal results for years. What have the critics done besides criticize?
I love the line below "sharing hard emotions at work is not a binary choice between being paralyzed with despair or pretending there’s nothing wrong."

The publishing figures for 2022 were rather depressing. In a country of 332 million people, only 28 books out of ~300,000 titles sold more than 500,000 copies. Eight were by one author, Colleen Hoover, and no book of history or politics sold more than 295,000 copies.
I use at least one aspect of this toolkit once a week with my team and on school walkthroughs! Great stuff!
