Went into Anthropic's S-1 wondering about the finer details most posts are missing out on. > who is set to get shares, > at what time the unlocks come, > and if models getting cheaper over time is even mentioned. Votes: A single share of Class F stock, held by the seven founders' LLC, will carry 50.1% of all votes and no economic rights. A trust can elect most of the board. Unlocks: Founders and certain holders over 0.5%, 365 days or the Sept 2027 quarter's results, whichever comes first. Everyone else, 180 days or the March 2027 quarter. Good dates to keep on the calendar. On Cheaper models: Yes, they say customers "may migrate toward smaller, cheaper, or open-source alternatives". What is surprising to see is no mention of the "wrappers" side by that name. They call it Claude Platform, where developers "build their own AI solutions", right next to Anthropic's own first party apps.
