Boys Of Fall would not have been the same without my good friend @SeanPayton. This is Sean giving a pregame speech in Naperville, Illinois where he played High School football. This speech wasn’t scripted. He spoke from heart. Sean is a great football coach but he is a great communicator and motivator. This speech still gives me chills. Sean I am forever grateful. It’s football season everyone. KC

AAU Regionals were amazing over the weekend. I qualified for AAU Junior Olympic games in three events. I finished 2nd in shot put, second in javelin and 5th in disc. Thanks to all the coaches that got me this far. @TBTFMilwaukee @EmmonsKing @CoachMTurk

I had the opportunity to compete in my first decathlon this June. With lots of training, new events, and the help of many coaches, I am very blessed to say I took 3rd with 5,242 points!
