For youth, developing new skills is the first step towards employment.
Through the Digital Literacy and 21st Century Skills for Employability programme implemented by @PrathamInfoTech Foundation, Flipkart Foundation is bridging the skill gap among youth from underserved communities. By equipping participants with industry-aligned digital and soft skills, the programme enables access to employment opportunities across sectors such as Retail, IT & ITeS, and Education.
The certificate distribution ceremonies recognised over 1,100 trainees in Mumbai and Bengaluru who completed the latest batch of the programme and are now employment-ready. More than 2,550 youth have been trained in this phase of the programme, and over 1,500 participants have been placed.
Flipkart Foundation remains committed to supporting youth on their journey towards economic independence and meaningful community contribution.
