I was grilled at the check in counter for 10 mins & I won’t blame them. One of the crazy itineraries that I never imagined I would do. Thanks to the million miles :)
Just booked the first-ever flight on the Magnify app. VNS → BLR, confirmed. ✈️
It remembers all your frequent flyer numbers, so you never miss out on miles again.
We're opening it up to all of you soon. Got a trip coming up and want early access? My DMs are open.

Alriiiight! That was quick @airindia :)
Second test (live booking) done. This time with two adults and a one-stop flight.
So far, this is going really well. It did take some time to book after payment, though, so that's the next thing to check.
Accor experts - quick question for you.
I am looking for a day room in Ho Chi Minh to kill long layover. Ibis is available but they have not clarified no of hours.
How does it work?
Got out and got in :)
Same for bags when checked with staff
Fun one on today's trip.
AI 1824 Lucknow to Delhi lands at 17:05, and AI 1702 Delhi to Vizag leaves at 18:30. That's a 1h 25m connection, and both flights are on the same plane, VT-RIO.
Can you stay on board through Delhi? And what really happens to the checked bags?
Special thanks to @suritalreja for food recommendations.
For the last week, Ishan and I have been living out of one bag each, booking flights the night before and turning every airport into a game board.
We're calling it Outbound. The trailer is out today.

The new Leh (IXL) terminal is quite amazing.
4 days ago we landed at the old terminal, and it was... operational. You know what I mean. No complaints though. I know how hard it is to build anything in a place this remote.
Today we flew out of the new terminal, which opened just 2-3 days ago, and it's beautiful. They've added a Ladakhi-style gateway structure inside (not sure what it's called, someone tell me). Everything is spotless, and I saw AAI officials noting down every small issue the staff were facing.
The one problem is check-in counters. There aren't enough. Two Air India flights were going out at the same time, ours and an army charter to Delhi, and the line was crazy. Most armed forces passengers check in bags, so expect a long queue and plan accordingly. Air India Silver got us out of it, thankfully.
For avgeeks: the gates are two levels below departures, but stay one level down and you get a great view of takeoffs, landings, taxiing, pax getting off, the whole operation.
For card geeks: no lounge yet, but I saw an empty space that looks set aside for one. Hopefully soon.
No photos, for obvious reasons.
Flight 10 of 45 and upgraded once again, this time on the short Leh to Jammu hop.
It's one of the refurbished Air India planes, so I get to try premium economy for the first time. Excited to see how it compares.
