We catch real unsafe food, but per-person checks are too low.
Time to scale up:

Swachhata App was launched with good intentions under #SwachhBharat to let citizens report cleanliness issues.
But it has clearly failed.
Only 2.2★ . Users complain they can't even register issues properly, and when filed — no action for months.
