Sometimes wonder if you are under- or over-training on the bike? Power meters help remove that uncertainty and let you enjoy more. I use @PowerTap hubs (and my @GarminFitness 935 watch to view power), which are great, and there are also pedal and crank versions.

My @PowerTap power meter(s) definitely changed and improved how I train and race. Used in combination with a heart rate monitor, you have powerful info for monitoring your fitness in training and pacing in races.
