Sorry for the delay, glad to have you on board! We probably won't add a straight up difficulty setting, but there are powerful pickups in the game that greatly affect the difficulty, like the Assassin soul you can pick up in the Shrine which makes you invulnerable during Dash (works on enemies, boss attacks, etc). Chasing Vaults early is definitely also recommended.

We went with visceral/bestial claws to match the nature of our protagonist, and the purpose they've been given by their creators.

We do have plans we'd like to pursue, but nothing we could announce at the moment as more pieces would first need to fall in place.
