At this point I wouldn't be surprised if Jensen goes on waivers when Moore comes back... it's just hard to picture them sending Warren, Luneau, or Hinds down with how they are playing.

So far #flytogether defense has been more than adequate, a pleasant surprise. Dostál has bailed them out when they've cobbled, too.
They really need LaCombe and Luneau to play the full season though. New age Keith and Seabrook.
Vaakanainen on waivers. I wouldn't be surprised if Ducks picked up him, or another D for defensive depth.

Everyone on waivers yesterday cleared.

One guy I am not worried about *at all* in this #FlyTogether youth movement is Luneau. Frankly, he should have gotten way more games last year. He is ready to step in to a top-four role IMHO.
Sundays game is on Prime. I suppose it was always assumed, but I never saw a formal announcement if pre season is on Prime. I checked daily and Sundays game appeared today. So far it is the only Ducks game on there.

CUT IT! ✂️
Our man Cutter signs a six-year deal keeping him in Anaheim through 2031-32.

On RFA Cutter Gauthier: critical day for both sides to try to close the deal. Still not done. Ducks made new offer on Sunday, which was progress. Both sides meet again later today. But if deal doesn't get done before old CBA expires tonight then there's an issue because of how the front-loaded rules change in the new CBA. And the front-loaded money is an important part of the current discussion.
I wonder what a Ducks version of this would look like. Danny Heatly, Fedorov, Kurri off top of head... the criteria is under 100 games for a skater, under 50 game for goalie.
